Transcript (English)

Yo, everyone! I'm Ed. Today I'll share a new breathing technique. It can help you feel positive, brave, and happy. Today we'll combine Breath of Fire with a new three-part breath. For Breath of Fire, exhale through your nose and let the inhale happen naturally. Focus on each moment you exhale through your nose. Keep your body relaxed. Like this.

For the three-part breath, inhale in three stages. Then exhale once. This can help improve lung capacity. Like this.

Now sit or lie down comfortably. Choose any position you like. The key is to relax your body. Your posture or a straight spine isn't essential for this breathing practice. Just relax. Okay, let's begin. 3, 2, 1. Breath of Fire.

Exhale through your nose. Let the inhale happen naturally. Relax your body and find a smooth breathing rhythm.

Three-part breath. The three-part breath helps our tense bodies take in more energy.
