隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

呼吸空間 The Breath Lab（以下稱「本服務」，網址 breathworkasia.com）依中華民國《個人資料保護法》蒐集、處理及利用你的個人資料。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、用途，以及你的權利。
一、我們蒐集的資料
- 帳號資料：Email、名稱、密碼（僅儲存加密雜湊）。使用 Google 或 LINE 登入時，另取得該平台提供的使用者 ID、名稱與 Email（若你同意提供）。
- 使用紀錄：觀看的課程、觀看時間與進度、連續練習天數、收藏與播放清單。
- 練習提醒同意紀錄：你開啟或關閉 Email 提醒的時間與來源。
- 來源資訊：你第一次造訪時的來源（例如 YouTube、LINE、搜尋引擎），以 Cookie 保存 30 天，註冊時存入帳號，用於了解哪些管道有效。
- 技術資料：IP 位址、瀏覽器類型等伺服器紀錄；網站流量以 Umami（不使用 Cookie）及 Google Analytics（使用 Cookie）統計。
二、利用目的
- 提供會員登入、播放課程、記錄練習進度與連續天數。
- 寄送你主動選擇的練習提醒 Email（可隨時取消）。
- LINE 社群參加密碼的發放與防詐紀錄（誰在何時查看密碼）。
- 改善服務、統計使用情形、防止濫用。
我們不販售你的個人資料，也不提供給第三方做行銷。
三、公開資訊
你的使用者代稱（handle）、練習分鐘數與連續天數會顯示在公開的個人頁與排行榜。你可在「設定」中修改代稱。
四、委外處理與第三方服務
- Resend：寄送 Email。
- Google Analytics：網站流量統計。
- Bunny.net：影片串流。
- Cloudflare：網路傳輸與安全防護。
- Google、LINE：僅在你選擇以其帳號登入時。
上述服務僅為提供本服務之必要範圍處理資料，部分可能位於台灣境外。
五、Cookie
我們僅使用必要的 Cookie：登入狀態、語言偏好，以及上述 30 天的來源 Cookie。不使用廣告追蹤 Cookie。
六、保存期間
帳號存續期間保存你的資料。刪除帳號後，個人資料於 30 天內刪除；每日備份最長保留 30 天後亦隨之刪除。法律要求保存的紀錄除外。
七、你的權利
依《個人資料保護法》第三條，你可請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正、停止蒐集處理利用，以及刪除你的個人資料。請寄信至 [email protected]，我們會在 30 天內回覆。取消提醒 Email 可直接點信中的取消連結。
八、政策修改
本政策如有重大修改，將於網站公告，必要時以 Email 通知。

呼吸空間 The Breath Lab ("we", breathworkasia.com) handles your personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email, name, password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google or LINE: the user ID, name and email that platform shares (email only if you allow it).
- Usage: sessions watched, watch time and progress, practice streaks, favourites and playlists.
- Reminder consent: when and where you turned practice-reminder emails on or off.
- Referral source: where your first visit came from (e.g. YouTube, LINE, a search engine), kept in a cookie for 30 days and saved to your account at signup.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type in server logs. Site traffic is measured with Umami (cookieless) and Google Analytics (uses cookies).
2. Why we use it
- To run your account, play sessions and track your practice and streaks.
- To send the practice-reminder emails you opted into (stop any time).
- To hand out the LINE community join code and keep an anti-spam record of who viewed it.
- To improve the service, measure usage and prevent abuse.
We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Public information
Your handle, practice minutes and streak appear on your public profile and the leaderboard. You can change your handle in Settings.
4. Service providers
Resend (email delivery), Bunny.net (video streaming), Cloudflare (network and security), Google Analytics (site statistics), and Google or LINE if you sign in with them. They process data only as needed to provide the service; some are located outside Taiwan.
5. Cookies
Only essential cookies: your login session, language preference, and the 30-day referral cookie above. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. After you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, and daily backups expire within a further 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, copy, correct, stop the processing of, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. To stop reminder emails, use the link in any reminder.
8. Changes
We will post material changes here and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
