服務條款 Terms of Service

歡迎使用 呼吸空間 The Breath Lab（breathworkasia.com，以下稱「本服務」）。註冊或使用本服務即表示你同意以下條款。
一、服務內容
本服務提供呼吸法引導影片與音訊，註冊後免費觀看。我們可能新增、調整或停止部分內容或功能。
二、健康聲明（請務必閱讀）
- 本服務內容僅供一般保健與自我練習參考，不構成醫療建議、診斷或治療，也不能取代專業醫療人員。
- 若你有心血管疾病、高血壓、癲癇、懷孕、呼吸系統疾病、精神疾病或其他健康狀況，請先諮詢醫師再練習。
- 部分練習（如快速呼吸、閉氣）可能引起頭暈、手腳發麻或短暫意識改變。絕對不要在開車、騎車、泡澡、游泳或任何水中、水邊練習。
- 練習時若感到不適，請立即停止並恢復自然呼吸。你理解並自行承擔練習的風險。
三、帳號
- 請提供正確資料並妥善保管帳號，不得轉讓或與他人共用。
- 帳號內的活動由你負責。如發現帳號遭盜用，請立即通知我們。
- 違反本條款、濫用服務或從事詐騙、騷擾行為者，我們得停用或刪除其帳號。
四、內容與著作權
- 本服務所有影片、音訊、文字與設計之著作權屬 呼吸空間 The Breath Lab 或其授權人所有。
- 僅供你個人、非商業練習使用。未經書面同意，不得下載、錄製、重製、轉傳、公開播放或用於商業用途。
- LINE 社群參加密碼僅供會員本人使用，請勿外流。
五、使用者行為
不得干擾或破壞本服務運作、嘗試未經授權存取系統或他人帳號、以自動化工具大量擷取內容，或在公開代稱中使用冒犯或冒名的文字。
六、責任限制
本服務依「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷或無錯誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本服務、或因練習所生之任何直接或間接損害不負賠償責任。
七、第三方連結
本服務可能連結至 YouTube、LINE、Sanctuari 等第三方網站，其內容與服務由各該第三方負責。
八、條款修改與終止
我們可能修改本條款並於網站公告；修改後繼續使用即視為同意。你可隨時停止使用並請求刪除帳號（見隱私權政策）。
九、準據法
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；如有爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to 呼吸空間 The Breath Lab (breathworkasia.com, "the service"). By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Guided breathwork videos and audio, free to watch after signing up. We may add, change or discontinue content or features.
2. Health notice (please read)
- The content is for general wellbeing and self-practice only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a health professional.
- If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a respiratory, mental-health or other medical condition, consult a doctor before practising.
- Some techniques (fast breathing, breath holds) can cause dizziness, tingling or brief changes in awareness. Never practise while driving or riding, in a bath, while swimming, or in or near water.
- Stop immediately and return to normal breathing if you feel unwell. You practise at your own risk.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your account secure; don't transfer or share it.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if it is compromised.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or are used for scams or harassment.
4. Content and copyright
- All videos, audio, text and design are owned by 呼吸空間 The Breath Lab or its licensors.
- They are for your personal, non-commercial practice. Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing, publicly showing or commercial use requires our written permission.
- The LINE community join code is for your own use only. Please don't share it.
5. Conduct
Don't disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access to systems or other accounts, scrape content with automated tools, or use offensive or impersonating handles.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the service, or from practising.
7. Third-party links
The service links to third parties such as YouTube, LINE and Sanctuari, which are responsible for their own content and services.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes here; continuing to use the service means you accept them. You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has first-instance jurisdiction.
