Hi, I'm Ed. Welcome to Ed Feely's breathing space. Today, we'll try an original breathing method I've created. I call it Dual Flow Combo Breathwork. This unique breathing combo helps you leave worries behind and enter flow. Practice daily to carry this wonderful, comfortable state into everyday life. Before we begin, let me share today's quick tip. How can you eat the same food

but lower your blood sugar by 30–50%? I've tested these tips myself using a continuous glucose monitor. They really can lower blood sugar by about 30–50%. But results vary from person to person. First, eat your food in the right order. When you eat,

don't assume the order makes no difference. Start with vegetables, fiber, or protein. Eat starches last. When you eat starches last, your stomach already has other foods in it. This slows digestion, so blood sugar rises much more slowly. Second,

have a tablespoon of vinegar before eating. Mix it into a glass of about 200–240 ml of water. Then drink it. Vinegar can reduce the rise in blood sugar after meals. In my own tests, vinegar alone reduced that rise by about 30%. Third, breakfast matters much more than you might think.

Eat foods early that tell your body it has enough nutrients and energy, like protein, fat, and fiber. This can help throughout the day, so your body doesn't rush to absorb glucose, slowing and reducing the rise in blood sugar. And finally, number four: have an exercise snack after meals. Think of a little movement as a snack.

After eating, instead of sitting down right away, move around a little. Any movement will do, for about ten minutes. This sends a clear signal to your body: don't store this energy right away; use it now.

This also really helps lower blood sugar. Okay. That's it for today's tips. Now let me introduce the new style we'll learn today. Today's style is called Dual Flow. It combines two different breathing styles, alternating between them

to create a pleasing rhythm with each breath. Gather and Purify Dual Flow. Breathe in and out through your nose. Gather first, then purify. Like this. Gather and Reverse Purify Dual Flow. Gather first, then reverse the purifying breath. Like this.

Okay. It's that simple. Listen and match the sound of my breathing. Let's begin. Round 1 Gather and Purify Dual Flow. One breath in, one breath out. Gather first, then purify.

Keep following the feeling of your breath inside. Let your chest expand forward. Breathe with your whole body. Each breath brings you closer to inner peace.

Gather and Reverse Purify. Gather first, then reverse purify. Can you feel the rhythm now? Are you breathing, or is the whole space breathing? 5 4 3 2

Breathe in deeply. Hold. It's okay if you feel a little dizzy.

5 4 3 2 1 Exhale fully. Hold. Let your lips gently lift into a smile. As you hold, scan for any tension. Keep letting go until your whole body relaxes. Thoughts are like tension in your body. Just soften and let them go. It's the same.
