Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. This is not medical advice.
Transcript (English)
Hi, welcome to this guided energizing breathwork session. This breathing method can reduce stress, boost energy, improve sleep, and even directly kill viruses in your body. These are just a few of its many scientifically proven benefits. I'll share research links below for your reference. Find a comfortable position, lying down or sitting. Breathe in through your nose. Breathe out through your mouth. Let me demonstrate.
Use a little effort as you inhale. Place your tongue against the roof of your mouth. This tongue position opens your airway. So you can take in more oxygen. We'll take 30 breaths. After 30 breaths, exhale fully. Then hold your breath for 40 seconds. After the 40-second hold, take a deep breath in.
Then hold that breath for 15 seconds. Exhale to finish the first round. We'll do three rounds. Let's begin. Let your thoughts go. Just follow my voice and breathing. Round 1 Breathe in deeply. Breathe out.
In. Out.
Keep your tongue against the roof of your mouth as you inhale. Follow the breathing rhythm. Breathe up to the crown of your head. Don't pause between breaths.
Fill your belly and chest. Feel your chest and belly relax. A little more effort. Breathe in deeply. Breathe out. Five more breaths. Take a big breath in. Give these last two breaths your all.
Exhale fully, then hold for 40 seconds. Hold. Bring your awareness into your body. Feel this present moment. Relax your neck. Relax your face. Your tongue. The back of your throat.
Relax more deeply. Settle deeper into the present.
Ten seconds left. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Now take a big breath in. Hold for 15 seconds. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale fully. Great. Let's move to the next round. Round 2
Return to the same rhythm. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Breathe into your chest. Breathe into your belly.
Just let the air out as you exhale. Breathe in calm. Breathe out stress. Let air fill your chest. Let air fill your belly.
Don't pause between breaths. Feel your lung capacity increase. Feel your back as you breathe. A few more breaths. Fill up with air. Fill your body in every direction.
Breathe in deeply. Let go. Five more breaths. Take a big breath in.
Exhale fully. Hold for 40 seconds. Notice your body. If your hands or feet tingle, or your body temperature changes, that's all normal. There is no past. There is no future.
There is only this moment.
Ten seconds left. Five. Four. Three. Two. One. Now take a big breath in. Hold for 15 seconds.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale fully. Round 3 Take strong breaths. Breathe in deeply. Let go. Breathe in. Breathe out.
Breathe in relaxation. Breathe out stress. Fill your belly and chest. Breathe into your belly. Breathe into your lungs. Breathe into your neck. Don't pause between breaths. You're cleansing your body and mind.
Breathe with your whole body. Fill your lungs completely. Breathe into your head.
Take another breath in. Fill your lungs. Let go. Fill them like a balloon. Five more breaths. Take a big breath in. Exhale fully. Hold for 40 seconds. Bring your full awareness into your body.
Feel the blood flowing through your veins. Feel your heartbeat You're healing your body Releasing all the stress in your body Ten seconds left Five Four Three
