Phil leads a slow, steady coherent (resonant) breathing practice. After a short technique intro there is one long round, which many people do in the evening. 00:00 Technique 01:41 Round 1 21:55 Closing ⚠️ Before you practise Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. This is not medical advice.

Transcript (English)

Hey, I'm Philly. Today we'll practice resonant breathing. This session will guide you into deep relaxation and comfort. We all experience stress and trauma in life. Without practices like breathwork and meditation, this negative energy can build up in the body and develop into physical illness. Let's reshape our reality and heal our bodies. Just one session can noticeably improve your sleep and mood.

Make breathwork a habit. You'll feel more at ease each day. And happier. Isn't that what we all want most in life? In resonant breathing, breathe in for six seconds. Then breathe out for six seconds. Breathe in and out slowly. Try to exhale fully.

Breathe in through your nose. But if your nose is too blocked, you can use your mouth. There are no breath holds in today's session. You can treat this as a meditation. Feel the air flowing in and out. When thoughts arise, just notice them.

There's no need to judge them. Simply return to your breath. When you're finished, please leave a comment sharing how you feel. Did anything stand out? Compared with before the session, does anything feel different? It really helps our channel.

First, find a comfortable spot. Sit or lie down. Close your eyes. Get ready to begin. Three. Two. One. At first,

your mind may feel busy. That's perfectly normal.

Let each breath bring you deeper into the present.

Pay close attention to the air flowing in and out.

Feel the moment the air first enters. Feel the point where your inhale is complete. Notice where your exhale ends. Exhale fully. Feel it.

Connect your inhale and exhale smoothly. Let them flow in a continuous cycle.

Release all your stress as you exhale. Savor this moment fully.

Right here, right now, the past and future don't exist.
