Ed guides a Wim Hof style session for people already curious about breathwork. It runs four rounds after a technique intro, then finishes with an integration meditation. 00:00 Technique 03:07 Round 1 05:46 Round 2 08:46 Round 3 10:21 Round 4 13:00 Integration Meditation 14:48 Closing ⚠️ Before you practise Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. Transcript (English)

Yo, everyone! I'm Ed. Welcome to Ed and Philly's breathing space. Today, we'll do a breathwork sequence to help you enter a flow state. This technique can bring you into deep meditation and profound shifts in body and mind. Before we begin, for those new to breathwork, let me explain briefly. Breathwork is an ancient, powerful practice.

Its power can affect our body, mind, and spirit. This practice has become hugely popular in the West. It's scientifically shown to have anti-aging, antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer benefits. It can also boost immunity,

relieve stress, and improve fitness and focus. Through simple breathing exercises, unlock the full potential already within you. And more importantly, this kind of breathing feels amazing. It's truly energizing.

Let me introduce the techniques we'll practice today. They include Breath of Fire. Exhale through your nose. Then let the inhale happen without effort. The air will flow in naturally. Next is Power Breathing.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Then comes Iceman Breathing. Breathe in and out through your mouth. Next is Circular Breathing. Open your mouth and throat fully. Breathe all the way in and all the way out. Keep going without pauses. Feel the air pouring straight into your body.

Next is Evolution Breathing. Use either your mouth or your nose. Breathe in in two parts. Then exhale once. Next comes Reverse Evolution Breathing. Again, use your mouth or nose. Breathe in once.

Then exhale in two parts. Next is Three-Part Breathing. Use either your mouth or your nose. Breathe in in three parts. Then there's Alternate Nostril Breathing. Start by breathing through your left nostril. Then switch to your right. Here's how:

using one hand, use your index finger and thumb to close the nostril you're not breathing through. OK. Next is Rapid Breathing. Breathe in and out through your nose. Before we begin, I'd like to ask a favor for Philly and me.

Leave a comment below and tell us: since practicing breathwork, have you noticed any changes in your mood or your personality? Has anything shifted? Mm. All right.

Let's begin. Round 1. Breath of Fire. Just exhale through your nose. Let the inhale happen naturally. Focus on your nose. Feel the air around your nose. Power Breathing.
