A morning breathwork session in three rounds after a short tutorial. Each round begins with slow breathing, then moves to a faster pace, with breath holds of about a minute. 00:00 Breathing Tutorial 01:17 Round 1 05:35 Round 2 10:18 Round 3 ⚠️ Before you practise Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. This is not medical advice.

Yo, I'm Ed. Welcome to Ed Feely's breathing space. Daily stress builds up unnoticed, like a frog in slowly warming water. Before we know it, we've lost our spark and vitality. Today's breathwork will energize you, revive your body, and awaken your spirit. Today, we're practicing DMT breathing. This technique can quickly stimulate DMT production in your body. Bringing you into a blissful, transcendent state. We'll start with slow breathing.
Then breathe faster. Our breath holds will last one minute, one and a half minutes, and two minutes. Breathe in through your mouth or nose. I recommend using your mouth. For most people,
this allows a fuller, smoother breath. Exhale gently, like a sigh. Don't force it. Find your most comfortable, relaxed position. When you're ready, close your eyes. Follow my voice and breathe with the rhythm. Round 1 Focus on each full breath.
Let each inhale flow naturally into the exhale, without pausing.
3, 2, 1 Pick up the pace. Double the speed. Stay relaxed. Breathe in as fully as you can.
I know you. 3, 2, 1 Breathe in deeply. Hold for 30 seconds. Relax your whole body. Immerse yourself.
3 2 1 Exhale, then hold.
Rest in that feeling of relaxation. If your attention wanders, gently return to the sensations in your body.
Scan your body for any tension. Then relax.
If thoughts arise, return to your body. Return to the present.
3, 2, 1 Breathe in deeply again. Hold for 10 seconds. Bring your energy and focus to the space between your closed eyes. 3 2 1 Release your breath.
That completes this round. Round 2 Feel each breath from beginning to end.
The more you focus, the deeper the effect. Breathe. 3, 2, 1 Pick up the pace. Double the speed. Take big breaths. Let your breath fill your whole body.
I know you. 3 2 1 Breathe in deeply. Hold for 30 seconds. Relax your whole body. Immerse yourself.
3 2 1 Exhale, then hold. Rest in that feeling of relaxation. If your attention wanders, gently return to the sensations in your body.
Scan your whole body. Notice any tension. Then release it.
If thoughts arise, return to your body. Return to the present.
Amen. 3 2 1 Breathe in deeply again. Hold for 10 seconds. Relax your whole body. Focus your energy and attention between your closed eyes.
3 2 1 Release your breath. That completes this round. Round 3 Let your chest and whole body expand forward and back. Keep your breath flowing smoothly, without pausing.
