Transcript (English)

Hey, I'm Phil. Today I'll teach you a breathing technique for deep relaxation. By the end, you'll experience a completely different state of awareness. Challenges and stress are inevitable in life. Learning to balance your mind and manage emotions is key to a happy life. Through breathwork, you'll learn to clear your mind and release emotional clutter. So you can quickly find deep peace and joy, anytime, anywhere. When I want to reach that quiet island of calm,

I often use this breathing technique. Four-part breathing. Breathe in for four seconds and out for four. Breathe in through your mouth. Let me show you.

Relax your whole body as you breathe in. Let the breath go all the way in. Try to match the sound of my breathing. When this guided session ends, Share how you feel in the comments. Where did you feel tingling or vibrations? Now find a comfortable position. You can lie down or sit.

Lying down works well for this slow breathing practice. Close your eyes. Get ready to begin. 3 2 1 Round 1 1
