Four rounds with four different techniques, starting with Wim Hof breathing (in and out through the mouth, as if through a bubble tea straw) and moving on to Power Breathing. Phil introduces each style before the round begins, and a meditation closes the session. 00:00 Intro 01:32 Round 1 03:18 Round 2 05:06 Round 3 06:54 Round 4 10:12 Meditation ⚠️ Before you practise Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. This is not medical advice.

Hey, I'm Phil. Today we'll do four rounds using four different breathing techniques. This guided breathwork will help you feel a steady flow of energy, instantly clear away discomfort and low moods, and release all tension and stress. The first technique is Wim Hof breathing. Breathe in and out through your mouth. Imagine breathing in through a bubble tea straw.

Don't force the air out. Just let it go. Like this. The second technique is Power Breathing. Breathe in through your nose. Breathe out through your mouth. Keep your tongue against the roof of your mouth as you inhale. Again, just let the exhale go.

Like this. The third technique is Evolution Breathing. Take two breaths in through your mouth. Then breathe out. Fill halfway on the first breath. Fill all the way on the second. Like this. The last technique is Breath of Fire.

Exhale through your nose. Let the inhale happen naturally. Don't force the inhale. Like this. If these breathing techniques are completely new to you, I recommend starting with the playlist in the top right for some more basic guided breathwork. Find a comfortable position.

Your shoulders. Your body. And your legs. Through breathwork, you're cleansing your life. If you can't hold any longer, take a breath. Exhale, then hold again.

Feel your blood flowing right now. Let your heartbeat slow down.

30 seconds left. Last 10 seconds.

3 2 1 Breathe in deeply. Hold. Tighten your belly and pelvic floor. 3 2

1 Exhale fully. Great job. Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm. Enjoy the stillness you've created. Let's meditate for a few minutes. Close your eyes. Find a comfortable place to sit.

Notice how your body feels in the chair. Feel your arms. Your legs. And the pressure of your back against the chair. Take a few relaxed, deep breaths.

Let gravity settle you into the chair. Begin observing your breath. You can focus on the tip of your nose. Feel the air flowing in and out.

Or feel your belly rise and fall as you breathe. Feel each breath clearly. Observe it with awareness.

From the start of each inhale, through the pauses between breaths, to the end of each exhale. We're not controlling the breath. Just let it happen naturally.

Whenever you notice your mind wandering, gently return to your breath. As you focus on your breath, you'll also notice sounds, bodily sensations, and shifts in your emotions. When they arise, just observe them.

Then return to your breath.

See if you can notice your next inhale the moment it begins. Follow that breath all the way through until it fades.

Let's begin again. Notice your next inhale the moment it begins. Observe the pause between breaths, and the next exhale.

When you notice a thought arise, just observe it. Where does it go? How long you've been lost in thought doesn't matter. In this moment, simply noticing is enough. Return to your breath.

Feel the temperature. Feel your body. If an emotion arises, observe that too. If you feel a little sleepy, notice that too. In your face and body, when you're sleepy,

what does it feel like? Then return to the feeling of breathing.

Notice the sounds in the room. Sounds arise unexpectedly. You don't need to do anything to hear them. They keep arising, changing, and fading away. Each sound reveals...

The space of our awareness

We are the sounds, bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions. They arise naturally in every moment.

Observe everything you can notice. You don't need to change your experience right now. When you find yourself lost in thought, observe that thought. Watch it dissolve on its own. Then bring your attention back to your breath, your body, or the sounds.

Keep doing this. Observe whatever arises in awareness: sounds, emotions, bodily sensations, thoughts. Watch them arise, change,

and dissolve.
