Six rounds of circular Wim Hof style breathing with a short technique intro first. It's a more advanced session, and the guide says you can do just three rounds if you're newer to breathwork. 00:00 Technique 01:22 Round 1 04:14 Round 2 07:31 Round 3 11:01 Round 4 14:32 Round 5 18:04 Round 6 ⚠️ Before you practise Sit or lie down somewhere safe. Never practise while driving, riding, bathing, swimming or near water. If you can't hold your breath any longer, breathe in; this is not a contest. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and return to natural breathing. If you are pregnant or have a heart condition or serious health problem, ask a medical professional first. This is not medical advice.

Hey, I'm Philly. Today we'll do six rounds of circular Wim Hof breathing. This deep breathing journey can take you somewhere you've never been before. Once you feel it, you might get hooked on breathwork like I did. This is a more advanced guided practice. If you're new to breathwork, try our basic practice through the link at the top right. You can also do just three rounds to make it much easier. Remember, daily practice is the key to deep, lasting change.
Keep breathwork light and fun. Don't worry too much about intensity. For this circular Wim Hof technique, breathe in and out through your mouth. Open your throat and chest. Let the air flow in freely. Let the exhale go gently. Don't force the air out. Breathe in deeply. The key is to keep your body relaxed at the same time. Let me demonstrate. Try to match the sound of my breathing.
You should hear your own breath, too. If you can't, breathe in more deeply. Find a comfortable position. You can lie down or sit. Get ready to begin. 3, 2, 1. Breathe in a continuous cycle. Breathe in deeply. Breathe out.
Breathe all the way in. Follow the breathing rhythm. Stay relaxed as you breathe in. Let go as you breathe out. Don't force the air out.

Feel the blood flowing through your body. And your heart beating in your chest. Our past and future are just stories the mind creates. We're very good at using these stories to torment ourselves. All we ever have is this moment. Practicing breathwork
