Yo, breathwork buddies! I'm Eddie. Today we'll do three rounds of Sufi breathing. Each round ends with a breath hold. If you need air, take a small sip, exhale, then keep holding. Take two quick, connected breaths in through your mouth. Then exhale through your mouth in one relaxed breath. Let me show you. Breath depth doesn't matter.
Follow the beat. Follow my voice and breathe with me. Let your body move naturally with your breath. Next, we'll reverse the pattern. Breathe in once, then exhale twice. Like this. Find a comfortable position. Lie down or sit.
Start with two breaths in and one breath out. 3 2 1 Round 1 Relax your belly and chest. Feel the rhythm Sufi breathing creates in your body. With each breath, notice the sensations flowing through you.
It's okay if thoughts arise. Gently return your attention to your body. A little longer. Then we'll switch to two breaths out. 5 4 3 2

Focus on the top of your head. 3 2 1 Exhale fully. Let your breathing return to normal. Now we'll meditate for three minutes. Imagine you are the sky.
Vast. Clear. And relaxed. Let your whole body listen. Listen to any thoughts that arise. They appear like clouds drifting across the sky. Can clouds disturb the sky?
One thought might say, "Am I doing this wrong?" Another thought might say, "I have something to do later." "Quick, write it down." But none of that matters. When you notice these thoughts, Imagine a clenched fist.
Simply open your hand. That's letting go. No need to push it away. No need to reject it. Let it come. Let it stay as long as it wants. It will leave on its own.
You don't need to know what the thought is about. Notice the thought. Just let it go. But You might think, "Isn't this thought mine?" "How can I let it go?" That's just another thought.
Let it go. Keep a relaxed focus On your whole field of awareness. When you notice a thought, Let it go. Notice. Let go. Then notice again.
And simply let go.
